Everyone learned a lot during the grocery tour last night at Henry’s Market Place.
The tour was to benefit Sharp HealthCare Foundation and donations were given via on-line.
I provided information on how to read labels, make healthy choices and how to implement these healthy foods into an every day meal plan.
